PLEASE GO THROUGH THE P.C.A. ACT , 1960 & THE CATTLE TRANSPORT RULE, 1978 AMENDED IN 2001. No doubt rescue operation is great - congratulations but there are ??? violation of the act..... very bad , not a good example, you must know the rules..........
